Nell’era digitale in cui viviamo, le aziende devono affrontare una serie di sfide legate all’evoluzione tecnologica. L’adozione di soluzioni innovative è diventata essenziale per restare competitive sul mercato. In questo contesto, le figure IT svolgono un ruolo fondamentale, aiutando le aziende a sfruttare al meglio le opportunità offerte dalla tecnologia. Questo articolo esplorerà l’importanza delle figure IT all’interno delle aziende, evidenziando alcuni esempi concreti.
Al centro dell’attenzione
Risorse IT: oggigiorno le più richieste da tutte le aziende; il web è colmo di classifiche che mostrano le figure professionali più richieste ogni anno, in Italia e non; sebbene ci siano piccole differenze non è difficile notare che le figure IT dominano queste classifiche: siamo nell’era digitale e tutte le aziende hanno ormai capito che non è possibile sopravvivere a lungo sul mercato senza un buon sito web, un buon database o, generalizzando, senza sfruttare le opportunità che quest’era ci sta offrendo.
Ecco una classifica che mostra le figure più richieste nel 2023 in Italia:

Un mondo così vasto non può essere appreso in 3 o 5 anni di università e le competenze richieste spesso sono fuori dalla portata persino di chi ha titoli di studio presso facoltà inerenti a questo campo, in quanto i requisiti necessari vanno oltre ciò che si impara all’università.

Although there may be slight differences, it is not difficult to notice that IT roles dominate these rankings: we are in the digital era, and all companies have now understood that it is not possible to survive long in the market without a good website, a solid database, or, in general terms, without leveraging the opportunities offered by this era.
