JEBO's approach

Step 1

First approach with the client in which we will present our enterprise and we will explore their opportunities and needs.
Then, we can schedule a meeting in presence.
At the moment, considering the anti Covid-19 restrictions, we preferably use Google Meet.

Step 2

Once that the specific client’s needs are set, in 24/48 h we will elaborate the business proposal containing the project that will lead us to our objective.
If the client is satisfied with our proposal, we can draw up and sing the contract, if not, we can edit our proposal wherever possible.

Step 3

Lastly, for the operating part of the project, there will be a team guided by the Project Manager who will periodically update the client on the project, playing a role of both management and representation for JEBO.
